1967. That is the year when everything started for Xpo Group, until recently better known as Kortrijk Xpo. More than 50 years of experience and expertise are reflected in the success of no fewer than 45 trade fairs in various sectors and countries. In recent years, the company has succeeded in assuming a leading role in the industry at home and abroad, thanks to initiatives such as Belgian Offshore Days and Solar Solutions International.

Sustainable Transformation of Kortrijk Xpo

Sustainable Business Charter: We've signed VOKA's Sustainable Business Charter and implemented 11 actions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Green Investments: From solar panels to LED lighting, all-electric hybrid air heaters, and rainwater recovery, we're continually enhancing the sustainability of our facilities.
Waste Management: We follow Vlarema 9 guidelines for waste sorting and offer reusable materials through Fair Circular on Facebook.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: Our parking lots feature charging stations for 54 electric vehicles, supporting a cleaner transport option.
Accessibility: Kortrijk Xpo is easily accessible by both car and public transport, with nearby bus stops (1, 2, 10, 101, and 102) providing smooth access for exhibitors and visitors from Kortrijk Station.
Food Surplus Donations: We partner with Food Banks West Flanders, Poverello, and Food Act to donate surplus food products and catering.
Inclusive Facilities: We provide dedicated parking spaces for people with limited mobility and ensure all halls and facilities are fully accessible.
Local Inclusive Enterprises: We collaborate with local inclusive businesses, such as Group Ubuntu and Waak, to support social inclusion.

CleanTech Xpo: A Sustainable and Eco-Responsible Event

Sustainable Stands: We prioritize sustainable materials for all event stands. Stand structures and furniture are 100% reusable, and the carpet used at H₂ Xpo is fully recycled post-event.
Eco-Friendly Inks: Personalized event panels are printed using eco-friendly inks.
Waste Management: All waste is sorted and processed through certified professionals, ensuring optimal recycling and waste reduction.
Digital-First Communication: We prioritize digital communication for the event, using recycled paper only when necessary.
Eco-Friendly Products: We select eco-friendly and local ingredients and materials whenever possible, minimizing the environmental footprint of our event.
